All retrievals are performed remotely unless you prefer to be present on Zoom. If you choose to be present, you'll sit or lie comfortably while I journey on your behalf, with drumming and guided support provided throughout. Either option works equally well - you simply choose what feels right for your system. 

Each retrieval is recorded for you. 

Weekly 1:1 Integration Calls
We meet every week for three months to support grounding, emotional regulation, embodiment, and spiritual integration. 

Pre- and Post-Retrieval Sessions (Every Month)
Before each retrieval, we prepare your system and identify the patterns connected to the missing soul piece. After each retrieval, we review the recording and support integration.

What exactly is a soul retrieval?

Do I need to be on Zoom during the retrieval itself?
No. All retrievals are performed remotely in nonordinary reality unless you prefer to be present. If you choose to be present, you will sit or lie comfortably while I journey on your behalf, using drumming and guided support to help your system stay relaxed and receptive.

Is it stronger to be present during the soul retrieval, or is remote work just as effective?
Both options are equally powerful. Soul pieces do not return because of physical proximity - they return because the work is done is nonordinary reality, where distance is irrelevant. Being present simply gives some people more comfort or connection during the process. 

Choose the option your system feels most aligned with. The results are exactly the same. 

Is one soul retrieval enough?
One retrieval creates change, but most people hold multiple lost fragments from different moments in their lifetime or previous lifetimes. Return to Self is structured to retrieve one soul pice per month so your system can integrate deeply and safely. 

What if I've never done spiritual work before?
You don't need experience - you just need readiness. Your system sets the pace, and I meet you exactly where you are. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. 

Is this similar to therapy?
Therapy helps you process what's present. Soul retrieval brings back the parts that aren't present. The two complement each other beautifully. Many clients find that therapy becomes much more effective after retrieval work.

Will I feel anything during or after the retrieval?
Many people feel shifts - warmth, clarity, emotions surfacing, increased intuition, or a sense of coming back into their body. Others feel subtle changes at first. There is no "right way." Integration looks different for everyone. 

Is this safe?

After purchasing, you'll be redirected to book your 15-minute Welcome Call. This is where we tune into your field, clarify intentions, and prepare your system for Month One.

What if I want to continue after the 3 months?
Many clients choose to keep going. You'll have the option to continue retrievals or move into deeper mastery work after your container ends. 

What if I don't know what I need?
